The South Point 400 is a NASCAR Cup Series race that will be held on October 12, 2025, at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Las Vegas. You will find the speedway about 15 miles northeast of the Las Vegas Strip. It is the fourth-to-last race in the cup series and the first race in the Round of 8. Friday 10 Blackjack Tournament
On Friday evening, participants will play alongside NASCAR drivers and other celebrities in the Brendon Gaughan Celebrity Blackjack Tournament at the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa. It will officially kick off the weekend and raise money for charity.

If you have a pre-race track pass, it enables you to experience the pre-race festivities as you walk on the racing surface.
At the Fan Zone and the Neon Garage, you can enjoy live music and interactive displays. Victory Lane Celebrations, driver Q&As, and tech inspections take place throughout the weekend. A Neon Garage Pass also offers access to a viewing area at the back of the team pit boxes.
Friday features the Hauler Parade, and admission to the Fan Zone is free. Haulers will make a 2.75-mile parade lap and end up at the Neon Garage.
Food and drink
No coolers or alcohol are permitted. You can take in one non-alcoholic beverage up to 64 ounces in a plastic sports bottle or metal tumbler. Specialty vendors throughout the Speedway will serve pizzas, hamburgers, etc.
Camping
If you enjoy camping, various LVMS camping options are available to suit your camping plans. Infield and outside lots allow you to park your RV or put up a tent. For example, the Motorhome Hill RV Lot overlooks the speedway above the backstretch and provides good views of the action. At the Inner Circle RV Lot, you also have good views of the action, and the Inner Circle Tent is the scene for late-night concerts and fire pits.
Travel and parking
Free parking is available at the Speedway for all NASCAR events. The Maps page on the LVMS website allows you to find the parking lot closest to your entry point. The closest public parking to the Main Gates and Fanzone is the Lucky 7 VIP parking lot.
The tourists in Vegas grow as it evolves to attract the next generation. With all the tourists on this weekend, the traffic to and from the Speedway can be a challenge, so you need to get an early start. Many hotel partners offer shuttle services to the Speedway.
The best seats
Main Grandstand seating allows you to see the start/finish line and the pit road. Turn 1 gives you a view of drivers as they turn into the corner at speeds of 180 mph and more. The Petty Terrace offers a panoramic view of the 1.5-mile track and the desert surrounding it.
